How to Reset Password

1. Go to https://myapps.berry.edu
2. Click the circle icon located in the upper right that includes your initials or picture
3. Select View Account
4. Select Change Password
5. Decide on a new password. Password requirements: minimum 16 characters, uppercase and lowercase letters and numbers or special characters, no part of your name or the word Berry can be in the password
6. After creating and confirming your password, click Submit

If You Have Forgotten or Don't Know Your Password

1. Go to https://myapps.berry.edu in any web browser
2. Select Can't access your account?
3. Select Work or school account
4. Enter your Berry email address in the first box.
5. Enter the security Captcha
6. Click Next
7. A security code will be sent to your alternate email address, or if you have set up your self-service password reset options, you will be able to choose what method you want to use to recover access to your account

Note: After resetting your password, be sure to update your password everywhere it is used including WiFi and Office365. If you are logged into a Berry Computer, log out or use Windows key + L to lock the computer and then unlock it with your new password.
