Issue:
Locked out of account but know password
Solution
You can unlock your account in the following manner:
- Go to the Berry MyApps Portal in any web browser.
- Click on "Can't access your account?".
- Click on "Work or school account" if requested.
- Enter your Berry email address in the first box.
- Enter the security Captcha
- Click Next
- A security code will be sent to your alternate email address, or, if you have set up your self-service password reset options, you will be able to choose what method you want to use to recover access to your account.
