If an application or a printer needs to be installed, please use the Berry College Self Service+ application.
This can be found by clicking the magnifying glass in the top right corner, as pictured below:
Type in Self Service and the application should look similar to this:
Once opened, you should see this.
Next, click "Catalog" on the left to access the most popular section where you can install printers and apps.
To install applications:
Simply click Applications and scroll through to see if the app needed is offered, and press “install”. If the app cannot be found, please proceed to put in a ticket.
To install printers:
Make sure you are connected to either Berry wireless or Ethernet. Then simply, click Printers and press “install” on the ones needed. It will then appear in the Printers & Scanners section of System Settings on the computer.
