If you are having trouble downloading apps on a Windows device, make sure the device is not in Safety (S) Mode. To remove S Mode you will need to first remove your Berry account from your device.
To remove your account:
- Go to Settings on your device.
- Navigate to the Accounts tab.
- Select your Berry account.
- Select Account and data.
- Select Remove.
To switch out of S mode:
- Go to the Microsoft Store and search "Switch out of S mode".
- Once its loaded, select the Get button.
After you receive conformation that its off, you should be able to install apps from outside of the Microsoft Store.
