Windows 11

1. Open File Explorer:

   • Press Win + E or click the File Explorer icon on the taskbar.

2. Navigate to Network:

   • In the left pane, click on This PC.

3. Map Network Drive:

   • Click on the three-dot menu button in the top bar.
   • Select Map network drive from the drop-down menu.

4. Specify the Drive and Folder:

   • In the "Drive" field, select a drive letter from the drop-down list.
   • In the "Folder" field, enter the network path to the shared folder (e.g., \\servername\sharename).

5. Authentication (if required):

   • If the shared folder requires credentials, check the option Connect using different credentials.
   • Click Finish.

6. Enter Network Credentials:

   • If prompted, enter the username and password required to access the shared folder.

7. Access the Mapped Drive:

   • Once connected, the mapped drive will appear under This PC in File Explorer.
