How to Create a Survey through YuJa

Step 1: Log In to YuJa

1. Log in to the YuJa Video Platform.
2. On the left side of your screen click on the Create button.
3. Next click the Create Survey Button.

4. Add a title to your survey.
5. You can then select what kind of question you would like to create.
   • Multiple Choice: Provide a single correct answer from a list of possible responses.
   • Short Answer: Participants can answer in a text box.
   • True or False: Ask a simple two-option question.
   • Fill in the Blank: Omit one or more words in a statement so users may select an answer to fill in the inserted blanks.
   • Clickable Image: Select regions on an image as possible answers.
   • Word Cloud: Answers will be visually displayed for everyone to see. When multiple participants provide the same answer, it will appear larger in the Word Cloud.
   • Ranking: Participants can express their preferences by ordering options from greatest to least, favorite to least favorite, or any other arrangement that is stated by the question.

6. Complete your questions.
7. When you are done with your questions click the Save and Close button.
