How to Add a Rubric in a Course on Canvas

Step 1: Accessing the Course:

  1. Log in to your Canvas account and navigate to the course where you would like to add a rubric.

Step 2: Accessing Rubrics:

  1. Once inside your course, click on the "Rubrics" tab from the course navigation menu.

Step 3: Creating or Editing a Rubic:

  1. Click on the "Add Rubric" section.

  1. To edit the criteria of the rubric, click on the “Edit” icon which looks like a pencil.
