Question:
How do I set up MFA on my Berry account?
Answer:
MFA is required on all Berry College accounts.
Log into https://myapps.berry.edu
Click "Next" on the "More information required" screen
Please choose one of the following default MFA options to use when logging into your Office 365 and other applications:
Authentication phone
Phone Call - Listed as "Call me," you will receive a phone call that will instruct you to press the # on your phone's dialpad to approve your MFA login
Mobile app
Receive notifications for verification - you will receive a notification on your smartphone from the Microsoft Authenticator app. Choose "Approve" to complete your login.
Use verification code - use the Microsoft Authenticator app on your smartphone and copy the six-digit code into the webpage and click "Next" to complete your login.

to update your authentication method.
What if I get a new phone and use the Microsoft Authenticator app?
Please visit
https://aka.ms/MFASetup
and go set your new phone up with the app
