By following these steps, you can easily create an impromptu Teams meeting that doesn't even require the attendee(s) to have a Microsoft login.
1. Open Teams, click Calendar. Click Meet Now at the top right.

2. Click Get a link to share

3. Either click Share via email or click the copy button and send the link to the end user.

4. Click Start Meeting
The person you invited to the meeting clicks the link and sees this:

1. The person joining the meeting needs to click Cancel and then Continue on this browser (or open if they have Teams installed)
2. Then they need to click Allow, turn on their camera, select Join Now, and then select Allow again.

They are now in the meeting.
