Question:
How can I add a printer via file explorer?
Answer:
For Berry Owned computers
Method 1:
1. Open file explorer.
2. At the "URL section" located at the top of the page, type "\\prtsrv11" and click enter.
3. Locate your desired printer from the list and double click on it.
Method 2:
1. Open file explorer.
2. At the "URL section" located at the top of the page, type "\\prtsrv11\"
3. From here a dropdown list of all the printers on the print server should appear.
4. Search the printer by name and click on it to add the necessary drivers to connect and print.
