  1. Search our knowledge base or submit a service request.
  2. Email computing@berry.edu
  3. Call 706-238-5838 
  4. Visit the Technical Support Desk in Memorial Library (first door on the right after you enter the building)
  5. Email oitpurchasing@berry.edu regarding software or hardware computer related purchases

We provide support for Berry-owned computers and peripherals, software installation, software permissions, and network connectivity. We are unable to provide in depth "how-to" support for specific software, such as SPSS and ArcGIS. We do manage the installation of the software.
