How to Use Categories to Prioritize Emails

Step 1: Log In to Outlook
Using your Berry credentials, log into your Outlook account.
Step Two: Navigate to your Inbox
Click on the “Inbox” tab.
Step Three: Organize
Select the emails/messages you want to prioritize/categorize.
Next, locate the “Home” option in the Outlook toolbar.
Under the “Home” tab you will find the “Categorize” button (it may also be a tag) which once clicked on will show multiple-colored options to choose from.
If you would like to make a new category, simply click on “New Category.”
