If students are unable to view YuJa media in a Canvas course, it is likely that YuJa has not been made available as a feature for that course. To resolve this, begin by opening Canvas and navigating to the course the issue is occurring for.
Under the Courses section of Canvas, there should be a menu of options for the specific course. If YuJa doesn't appear on this menu, that means it has been hidden from the course. At the bottom of the same menu, select Settings to open the settings options and use the following instructions to enable YuJa.
- Select the Navigation tab in the middle pane.
- Scroll until you find YuJa in the second list.
- Click and hold the YuJa box to drag it from the bottom list to the top list or click the three vertical dots on the right of the box and select Enable.
- Click Save. YuJa should now appear on the menu under the Courses tab.
