Setting Up MFA

How do I set up MFA on my Berry account?

Answer:

MFA is required on all Berry College accounts.

• Log into https://myapps.berry.edu
• Click "Next" on the "More information required" screen
• Please install the Microsoft Authenticator app on your phone:
• Mobile app
• Receive notifications for verification - you will receive a notification on your smartphone from the Microsoft Authenticator app. Choose "Approve" to complete your login.
• Use verification code -  use the Microsoft Authenticator app on your smartphone and copy the six-digit code into the webpage and click "Next" to complete your login.
• What if I want to change my authentication method?
  • Please visit https://aka.ms/MFASetup to update your authentication method.
• What if I get a new phone and use the Microsoft Authenticator app?
  • Please visit https://aka.ms/MFASetup and go set your new phone up with the app
