How can I request OIT assistance?

Answer:

  1. Search our knowledge base or submit a service request.
  2. Email computing@berry.edu
  3. Call 706-238-5838 
  4. Visit the Technical Support Desk in Memorial Library (second floor)

We provide support for Berry-owned computers and peripherals, software installation, software permissions, login and MFA assistance, and network connectivity. We are unable to provide in depth "how-to" support for specific software, such as SPSS and ArcGIS. or hardware assistance for student devices due to warranty and liability concerns.
