Images Access

Contact Brant Sanderlin directly for access. Information below.

As many of you know, the Office of Marketing and Communications maintains Berry’s digital asset management system (DAM), which provides access to our collection of campus photography and other visual assets. For the past several years, we have used a product called Bynder and it was accessed at images.berry.edu.

We’re excited to announce that we have transitioned to a new platform: MediaGraph!

Apologies for the blanket email. We have a wide variety of DAM users across campus, and we wanted to make sure everyone who relies on the system received the information needed to access the new platform. The new platform comes with more seat licenses, so if you think you or your team could benefit from having access to high quality images to promote Berry, please submit a request with the subject line DAM Access-New

If you had access to Bynder  (AKA images.berry.edu) and are unable to log into the new system through SSO, please email me with your name and email address with the subject line “DAM access-Renew”  If you were given back-end access earlier this week, please note that you will need to switch to SSO by Friday.

For the time being, the new system can be accessed at: https://mediagraph.io/images-berry-edu  Eventually, the familiar images.berry.edu address will be redirected to the new system.

The new DAM is up and running, but we are still working to optimize some features and improve performance. Even in its current form, MediaGraph is already outperforming the old system by a wide margin, and we’re working hard to bring all features fully online and operating at peak performance.
